Wraparound Facilitator

At National Youth Advocate Program, we are seeking a skilled Wraparound Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to families and youth in need.

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Wraparound Facilitator will provide family facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution services. This role requires a strong understanding of the National Youth Advocate Program's mission, values, and philosophies.

• Provide family facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution services to families and youth.
• Conduct strengths-based assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups and manage interpersonal conflict.
• Perform all duties in accordance with personnel policies and fiscal guidelines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field with appropriate licensure.
• Two years of relevant experience in social services or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, and tablets.
