Responsibilities:
Our Rehabilitation Therapists assist patients with debilitating conditions to enhance their ability to perform daily activities at home.

Rehabilitation Therapists employ various treatments to develop their patients' daily living skills and basic motor functions, as well as to help compensate for any functional losses.

They provide skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and educate family members and other healthcare team members.

These services are delivered by Rehabilitation Therapists in accordance with physicians' orders and the established care plan, under the guidance and supervision of the Branch Director.


Qualifications:

Rehabilitation Therapists must meet the following criteria:


Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.


A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, but less experience may be acceptable with approval from the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services based on prior experience.

Medicare home health experience is preferred.
