Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genie Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a long-term acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term acute care setting.
• ICU or PCU experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
