Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AnthroMed Education. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide high-quality speech and language services to students in a nearby school. Your expertise will be essential in supporting students with speech and language delays/disorders, and you will work closely with teachers and families to develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate student speech-language abilities and develop treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop reports to determine student strengths and concerns
  • Use evidence-based research and continuing education to inform practice decisions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with instructional staff
  • Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings
  • Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid MI SLP license
  • Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
