We are seeking experienced CDL-A team truck drivers to join our dedicated transportation team at TransForce Inc. As a CDL-A team truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across regional routes in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across regional routes
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months of over-the-road experience
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- $1,250/week guarantee per driver
- $0.70 per team (split)
- $12 per stop
- $0.08 per unit for touch freight
- Opportunity to earn $1,700+ per week
- Weekly home time
- Full benefits after 60 days
- 401K and PTO after 90 days
