- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize clinic operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all clinic operations meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 per year.
