About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychiatric Pharmacist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to patients in our acute and residential/partial psychiatric settings.

Your expertise in pharmacotherapy and psychiatry will enable you to assess patient-specific factors and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal clinical care. With a strong focus on teamwork and communication, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily team-based rounding on assigned units and ensure optimal clinical care for patients.
  • Assess patient-specific factors and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in pharmacotherapy and psychiatry to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Requirements
  • Education: BS and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Residency experience required; PGY2 residency in Psychiatry preferred.
  • Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Psychiatry preferred.
  • Unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience required.
