About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ride Operator to join our team at Busch Gardens. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide a world-class experience for our guests by responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Ride Safety and Operations: Monitor rides, enforce safety regulations, and ensure guests meet ride admission requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment, and participate in cross-training to work in other park areas.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and management through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 16 years old.
  • Language Skills: Strong English language communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a commitment to great customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs, stand for entire shifts, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Certifications: Must successfully pass the company-provided and paid American Red Cross certification trainings, including CPR and AED.
  • Scheduling: Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
