About the Role:- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being.
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the client's health and safety.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises to promote independence.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to address any concerns or needs.
- Must possess a valid HCA (Home Care Aide) number.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum. Benefits include paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
