About This Role
We are looking for a skilled HANA Database Administrator to join our team. As a HANA DBA, you will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and optimizing SAP HANA database instances to ensure peak performance, availability, and security. If you have hands-on experience with performance tuning, backup and recovery, and high availability solutions in SAP HANA, this could be the role for you.

Your Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and optimize SAP HANA database instances to ensure peak performance, availability, and security.
- Manage database backups, restores, and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Perform database tuning and troubleshooting to resolve performance issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to schedule and deploy maintenance with minimal downtime.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5 years of experience (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience working as a Database Administrator (DBA) with a focus on SAP HANA.
- Strong proficiency in SAP HANA database architecture, installation, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, backup and recovery, and high availability solutions in SAP HANA.
- Experience working with SAP HANA tools such as SAP HANA Studio, SAP HANA Cockpit, etc.
