Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Oneonta, AL. As a Physical Therapist with Upstream Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide evidence-based treatment to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized evaluation and treatment to patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current or pending state licensure.
