Job Summary

Denver Health is seeking a skilled Psychologist to provide expert psychological care for children, adolescents, and their families on our acute adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide brief family interventions to stabilize psychiatric and substance use disorders
  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy to promote mental health and well-being
  • Conduct psychological testing, including testing for autism, as needed
  • Educate trainees and learners on psychological principles and practices
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in Psychology required
  • One year of postdoctoral experience required
  • PSY-Licensed Psychologist - State Board of Psychologist Examiners required
  • BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association required
