Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grocery Pricing Coordinator to join our team at B. Green & Company, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the grocery industry, and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.

This is a full-time position, requiring 30 hours or more per week, with occasional evenings and weekends required for business functions.

About the Role

  • Maintain overall price integrity in our stores by checking for price updates from the office and verifying changes as needed.
  • Monitor sales events for accuracy in scanning and signage, ensuring pricing integrity and promoting 100% scan accuracy.
  • Conduct regular scan audits, maintain a clean and organized scan office, and communicate effectively with front-end cashiers and supervisors regarding scan accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of scanning systems and accounting principles.
