Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Taco Bar Cook to join our culinary team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food items to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Prepare meats and fish dishes to correct serving temperatures and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to junior team members and participate in the preparation and presentation of menu items.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous cooking experience and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English and follow recipes and instructions.
Working Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
