Overview

Become a vital part of ACES International Education as a preschool assistant instructor. In this role, you will assist educators and staff in fostering a nurturing and secure atmosphere for children aged 5 and under. Your responsibilities will include providing essential support to ensure the well-being, development, and educational progress of each child while building strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a supportive environment conducive to children's growth, play, and learning.
  • Adhere to established safety and security measures.
  • Design and implement engaging educational activities for both small and large groups.
  • Maintain open communication with staff and parents regarding children's development.
Physical Requirements:
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Engage in various indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Stay vigilant and respond promptly in emergency situations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • 1-2 years of experience in childcare settings.
  • Knowledge of child development principles.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Successful completion of background checks and health screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
  • Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
