Crisis Clinician

At TidalHealth, we are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our Behavioral Health Crisis Center team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in assessing and providing brief interventions to individuals in crisis.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the immediate needs of individuals in crisis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and crisis intervention specialists.
• Provide brief interventions and crisis counseling to individuals to stabilize their mental health.
• Offer referrals to appropriate follow-up services and resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• LMSW/LGPC required; LCSW-C or LCPC preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience, with 1-2 years in crisis assessment and evaluation preferred.

Salary range: $29.68-$46.00, commensurate with experience.
