Position OverviewThis full-time role on the 3rd shift offers:
- $20,000 Sign-on Bonus
- $50 per hour plus a $4.00 shift differential based on experience, shift, and unit
- Additional shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shifts

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while overseeing the support provided by our Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote their independence through family and social activities.
- Identify medical and behavioral changes in residents, developing and monitoring individualized care plans.
- Deliver daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs.
- Administer nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing practices.
- Ensure the provision of preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Current nursing license valid in Michigan.
- Willingness to respond to emergencies within the community.
