About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Southcoast Health System, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24-hour leadership for clinical nursing practice across all age groups or individually assigned units.
  • Supervise assigned patient care staff and allocate resources to ensure quality patient care outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
  • Minimum of five years related work experience and three years supervisory experience required.
  • Knowledge and practice within one or more of the following areas: Operating Room, PACU, Ambulatory Surgical Unit, and Endoscopy Departments.
  • Experience in a collective bargaining environment and managing a minimum of 20 FTE.
  • Promote an atmosphere that facilitates collaboration and empowerment of staff.
  • Demonstrated Process Improvement activity and committee involvement.
