Job Title: Production Team Lead

About the Role

The Production Team Lead will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of production associates to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality products. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of production associates to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Train and develop production associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Monitor and control production costs to ensure they are within budget
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production leadership and process improvement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or other ERP systems
