Job Title: Floor Maintenance Associate

About the Role:
As a Floor Maintenance Associate at Healthcare Services Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This includes dusting and wet mopping of hard surfaces and carpet, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting of high-traffic areas. You will also be responsible for collecting trash and recycling and ensuring that all areas are sanitized and meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including dusting and wet mopping of hard surfaces and carpet
- Strip, wax, buff, shampoo, extract, and bonnet high-traffic areas
- Collect trash and recycling, and ensure all areas are sanitized
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
