Extended Reality Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Extended Reality Content Creator to join our team at Rose International. As an Extended Reality Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating and authoring technical service content for our customers.

• Create and author technical service content for use by technical service personnel, including customer service engineers, technical support engineers, and technical training centers.
• Develop content for SPECT and SPECT/CT system installation, maintenance, calibrations, and part replacement using extended reality (augmented reality).
• Perform verification, acceptance, and validation tests for service content.
• Identify and resolve potential problems and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with PLM, product management, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and other client business units to drive service business goals for new and existing MI products.

• Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to create extended reality (augmented reality) service experiences.
• Understanding of technical content creation (written, multimedia, XR).
• Ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and drawings for inclusion in document content (Visio).
• Ability to create and manipulate digital images for inclusion in document content (Photoshop, Blender, Creo Illustrate).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical instructions in an easy-to-understand and digest format.
• Strong understanding of complex system design and development process, including product requirement engineering.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment as part of a team.
• Strong quality orientation and customer focus.
• Engineering knowledge and/or experience.
• Understanding of safety around large electro-mechanical equipment.
