Job Summary

The Credentialing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth credentialing process for Premier Anesthesia providers. This hybrid role requires residing in the Atlanta area and involves providing credentialing support to hospital MSOs and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the effective performance of assigned administrative and clerical functions, including receiving and starting the credentialing process for assigned providers.
  • Work closely with the facility, group, and provider to ensure a seamless credentialing process.
  • Identify possible red flags and work with risk management to assess and approve during the credentialing process.
  • Maintain logs and data required for continued credentialing.
  • Reconcile credit card charges/invoices monthly.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of credentialing experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Credentialing Software experience is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills and well-organized.
