Job Title: Junior Business Process Analyst
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Extension)
Location: Remote position, preference for Alaska residents.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – Alaska Time Zone (shift will be determined based on operational needs).
Equipment Provided: All necessary equipment including a docking station, monitor, headset, keyboard, and mouse will be supplied.
Training:
Training will last between 2 to 2.5 weeks, depending on the pace of learning.
Training hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Alaska Time Zone.
Full attendance during training is mandatory.
Role Summary:
As a Junior Business Process Analyst, you will leverage your skills to assist in enhancing the operational processes of our clients, ultimately contributing to the improvement of health and human services outcomes. Collaborate with a team that is passionate about developing innovative solutions to address significant challenges in the healthcare sector. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this role:
- Contribute to the enhancement of client processes by developing tailored technologies and solutions that lead to improved health outcomes.
- Utilize your expertise to support the Business Process Services team in processing claims in accordance with established policy guidelines.
- Achieve production and quality targets set by clients for efficient claims processing.
- Apply policy guidelines and criteria defined by leadership to assess claim errors and make informed adjudication decisions.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A foundational understanding of key concepts and principles in the medical and/or insurance sectors.
- Basic analytical skills to evaluate claims and make adjudication decisions.
- Proficiency in basic computer usage.
- The ability to manage multiple claims efficiently.
- Independence in meeting individual production targets.
