About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team at Walmart. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
