Key Responsibilities- **Recruitment and Case Management:** Identify and recruit youth who require additional support to achieve their academic and career goals. Develop and implement individualized development plans to ensure youth achieve specific competencies and make a successful transition from school to a career.
- **Curriculum Development and Instruction:** Provide appropriate curriculum and instruction to ensure youth achieve specific competencies. Teach through a variety of methods, including lecture, hands-on activities, and team teaching.
- **Community Engagement:** Develop and maintain positive relationships with school personnel, employers, and community groups to build awareness and support for the program.
- **Data Management:** Record information and data daily, using the online data system, concurrently, with the WIOA data management system.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in social service, counseling, business, education, or a related discipline.
- **Experience:** Experience working with youth accompanied by knowledge of adolescent development issues.
- **Skills:** Willingness to work in a highly accountable and performance-based program. Valid Indiana driver's license and minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 on auto insurance.
