Specialist in Student Communication Support

At ProCare Therapy, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students with developmental needs in their communication journey.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong passion for helping children develop essential speech and language skills.
We offer a rewarding opportunity to work collaboratively with licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs), teachers, and parents to ensure effective therapy strategies and track student progress.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing speech and language therapy programs under the guidance of a licensed SLP
- Providing direct support to students to help them develop speech and communication skills
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and SLPs to track student progress and ensure effective therapy strategies
Our ideal candidate will have an active SLPA licensure and an Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
We also value certifications such as CPR and First Aid, which may be required for this role.
A competitive salary range of $33-$38 per hour is offered, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, providing a comprehensive package to support your well-being.
