Driving Instructor - Spanish Speaking

  • Provide behind-the-wheel driving lessons to students (teens and adults). Teach safe driving techniques and rules of the road.
  • Manage daily schedules for lesson time, including commute time between each lesson. Driving Lessons include pick up and dropoff.
  • Ensure a safe and cautious learning experience for our students, aiming for 5-star feedback.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the company car and address all scheduled maintenance.
  • Present a professional appearance during lessons.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Georgia State Driver's License with 5 years of driving experience
  • Active GA DDS Driver Instructor Permit (preferred)
  • Fluent in English, Spanish fluency preferred
  • 40 hours of driver training experience preferred (free training provided for new instructors)
  • US work authorization: US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • No past criminal record and no DUI within the last 3 years. Must pass a drug test and background checks as directed by DDS.

Working Hours & Location

  • Provide lessons at least 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Available 7 days a week from 7 am to 8 pm (flexible schedule).
  • Work within the Atlanta Metro and surrounding areas (up to a 25-mile radius).

Other Requirements

  • Must undergo Fingerprint, Background Check, and Drug Test as required by DDS.
  • Must have reliable internet access and a smartphone.
  • All customers and staff are required to wear masks during lessons.
