We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Loyola University Health System. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning and implementing effective Physical Therapy programs, and providing patient education and consultation.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop personalized Physical Therapy plans to improve mobility and function.
- Implement and supervise Physical Therapy programs for inpatients and outpatients with diverse diagnoses.
- Provide patient education and consultation to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's preferred.
- Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR/BLS - American Heart Association certification.
