We are looking for a skilled and caring LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Tele (Telemetry) unit. The ideal candidate will ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients, working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
  • Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid state license.
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • IV certification upon hire (state specific).
