At Always Best Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Master Profile Registered Nurse. This role is responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients and supervising the delivery of services according to our agency's philosophy, standards, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments of potential clients and create personalized plans of service.
  • Provide case management and supervision to direct care staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to agency policies.
  • Recruit and train new staff members, as needed, and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations, infection control guidelines, and OSHA rules.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
  • Minimum of two years of home care experience, with one year in a supervisory role.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Work Environment:

This role requires driving throughout our service area, with significant telephonic contact and individual meetings with clients, caregivers, and family members. The work environment is a mix of office and client home settings.
