Night Auditor Job Description

At Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago, we are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reviewing all guaranteed arrivals and verifying that all credit cards are valid. You will also ensure that rooms are listed as dirty in the computer system, and that guests are informed of hotel amenities and services.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify all guaranteed arrivals and credit cards
  • Ensure rooms are listed as dirty in the computer system
  • Inform guests of hotel amenities and services
  • Document any new commercial customers checking in
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain the front desk area, including cleanliness and organization

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred
  • Customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
