The Cardio-Thoracic Surgery team is known for its collaborative and professional atmosphere, supported by a proactive administration.


Practice Overview:

  • Currently, the team consists of 2 surgeons and 4 skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Cardiac Surgery Hub:
The area is recognized for its high prevalence of heart disease, providing a unique opportunity for impactful work.

  • Perform approximately 350 heart procedures annually.
  • Engage in both cardiac and thoracic surgical cases.
  • Utilize 4 operating rooms, including a Hybrid OR, with an additional OR in development.
  • Experience a swift 27-minute turnover time in the OR.
  • Work with dedicated OR teams, including Cardiac Anesthesia and CRNAs.
  • Benefit from the support of 4 RN First Assistants.

Supportive Environment:
Receive mentorship from a senior surgeon with over 20 years of experience, specializing in off-pump CABG procedures (optional). The Business Development Director will assist in integrating new surgeons into the community.

  • Participate in Off-Pump CABG procedures.
  • Contribute to the TAVR Program.
  • Enjoy a university affiliation.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient management.

  • Potential earnings exceeding $1 million, including a base salary of $700,000 plus RVU productivity bonuses and a signing bonus.
