We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to operate heavy equipment on solar projects in the Eastern Shore area. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating excavators, backhoes, and other heavy equipment to dig trenches for electrical conduits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform pre and post-trip inspections and complete daily inspection reports
  • Keep equipment and site clean at all times
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Wear required PPE
