Dsp Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a DSP Specialist. As a DSP Specialist, you will work closely with clients who require assistance with daily living skills and social boundaries in a community-based setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with budgeting and financial management
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments and providing support
• Helping clients with grocery shopping and meal planning
• Administering medication as needed
• Encouraging healthy relationships and friendships

We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including employer-matched 401(k), medical insurance, and paid time off. Additionally, you will be eligible for a $500 hiring bonus, with $250 paid after 50 shifts worked and $250 after completing medication training.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No valid driver's license is required for some positions, although it is preferred
• Strong desire to help others and build positive relationships with clients
