Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health Care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with a great benefits package and flexible schedule. You will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to address these needs
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the clinical team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • At least one year of recent clinical experience as a RN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
