Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on multiple plumbing and piping systems, as well as providing carpentry and painting services.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing and piping systems, including repairs and replacements as needed
• Provide carpentry services, including installing doors, hardware, and furniture, as well as fabricating partition walls and crating
• Paint and repair building interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and floors
• Inspect damaged surfaces and recommend repairs or replacements
• Support the repair of plumbing components, including toilets, urinals, and sinks
• Perform general building maintenance tasks, including repairing locks and locking mechanisms, and maintaining building systems

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license

This is a 1st shift position with pay up to $21 per hour. The individual in this role must be available for on-call work and may be required to work off-hours shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends.
