Financial Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Financial Reporting Professional to join our finance team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Conduct bank statement and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and SOX.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sound financial decision-making and drive business growth.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably with a public accounting firm or a large corporation.
• Skills: Strong comprehension of accounting principles and regulatory compliance, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
