Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
As the Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will monitor trends, aggregate data, and inform senior management about suggested enhancements. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping a successful future for GXO Logistics, our workforce, and yourself.
Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $65,459 - $81,821. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits for eligible employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate, monitor, analyze, and report on operational data sourced from various data points.
- Develop reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Equip operations management and process managers with tools to identify issues in real-time and respond promptly when challenges arise.
- Create tools, reports, and techniques, and assist in implementing reporting systems for operational support, ensuring consistency in reporting and standardized formatting, producing professional presentations, and documenting processes and challenges.
- Review and enhance reporting and processes as necessary.
At a minimum, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.
- One year of experience in supply chain management and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Project.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and control skills, motivated by a commitment to continuous process improvement and successful project execution.
- Attention to detail and a desire to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills.
