This role is crucial for enhancing the operational efficiency of VCA Managed Services, a suite of offerings designed to propel organizational growth and assist clients in executing strategic recommendations.

Our advanced processing network, VisaNet, ensures reliable transactions worldwide, handling over 65,000 messages per second. Our commitment to innovation fuels the expansion of connected commerce and the vision of a cashless future for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and monitoring of the North America VCA Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with revenue projections.
- Analyze and forecast project revenues, including carryover and net new project contributions, to maintain accurate AOP baselines.
- Collaborate with VCA leaders to finalize the AOP plan and ensure clarity in revenue targets.
- Oversee the maintenance of the VCA North America Profit and Loss statement, refining it to reflect true business performance.
- Manage the professional services fee budget, forecasting expenditures and reporting status to senior leadership.
- Supervise vendor management processes, including timecard validation and invoice alignment.
- Facilitate the onboarding of vendors through collaboration with the procurement team, ensuring a seamless process.
- Provide insights into the performance of VCA Managed Services across global regions, compiling quarterly reports on revenue and performance metrics.
- Support the broader Strategy and Operations team with ad hoc strategic projects that impact the VCA organization.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, PowerApps, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence for a portion of the week, and may involve travel for work commitments.
Work Environment:
This position will be based in an office setting, necessitating effective communication and operation of standard office equipment. The incumbent must be available during core business hours and may need to accommodate occasional meetings outside these hours to connect with global partners.
