- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards (e.g., UL)
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Considered a Leader
- Excellent ability to learn and implement new software packages quickly
- Proven people skills
- Able to commit to a set work schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
