Responsibilities and Facility Details

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at our Lancaster, PA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult and child psychiatry, with a strong background in medical direction and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care, including new evaluations and follow-up appointments
  • Overseeing staffing, medical services, and psych services
  • Directing a team of 5 LPNs, 1 Nurse Supervisor, and 2 psychiatrists
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a Psychiatrist with:

  • Board certification or truly BE in adult or child and adolescent psychiatry
  • Medical director experience preferred
