We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at our Lancaster, PA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult and child psychiatry, with a strong background in medical direction and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality patient care, including new evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Overseeing staffing, medical services, and psych services
- Directing a team of 5 LPNs, 1 Nurse Supervisor, and 2 psychiatrists
We are looking for a Psychiatrist with:
- Board certification or truly BE in adult or child and adolescent psychiatry
- Medical director experience preferred
