About the Role

Hennepin County's Department of Community Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated volunteers to participate in Victim Impact Panel Speaking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an engaging and informative message about the risks of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and the impact on families and individuals.
  • Share your personal story of how your life has been affected by losses or injuries due to someone's choice to drive while impaired or distracted.
  • Complete Volunteer Orientation and Training.
  • Collaborate with Adult Probation staff and meet as needed.
  • Undergo necessary background clearance.
