The Executive Director of Partnerships is a key leadership position within NELFT, responsible for developing, managing, and delivering the organisation's strategic partnerships and collaborations. This role will play a crucial part in driving the organisation's growth and success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organisational and clinical strategies to drive partnership working and service delivery improvement.
  • Lead the development of Collaboratives in London, Essex, and Kent, promoting partnership working with NHS, social care, and third sector organisations.
  • Manage major organisational change, particularly in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency settings, with a focus on transformation in mental health and community health services.
