Job Description:This Full Time LPN/VLN in Home Healthcare role involves providing skilled nursing visits according to the treatment plan prescribed by physicians and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also be responsible for supporting patients and their families in managing chronic conditions and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
