Pediatric Nurse Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you'll assume 24-hour accountability for planning and providing direct professional nursing care to patients throughout their episode of service delivery. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, appropriate patient care using the nursing process.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of ASN/ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
- Current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse Licensure required and maintained thereafter.
- American Heart Association, or American Red Cross, Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS certification required upon hire and maintained thereafter.
