Position OverviewAs a travel RN in the Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Specialty: Telemetry
- Discipline: RN
- Employment Type: Travel
- Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Active California RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong central line experience is essential
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Chemo certification is a plus
- Experience with Cerner EMR is mandatory
This position may involve floating to other medical-surgical units as needed. The typical patient ratio is 1:5 for medical-surgical and 1:4 for telemetry/chemo patients. The unit consists of a mix of private oncology suites and general medical-surgical rooms.
