Key Responsibilities- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in creating a engaging and interactive learning environment, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and routines.
- Childcare and Supervision: Provide high-quality care and supervision to our students, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Program Planning: Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities, games, and crafts that align with our Montessori curriculum and philosophy.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, or at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: Comparable work with children, such as nannying or babysitting, and experience working with Google Drive and other platforms.
- Skills: Ability to lift up to 25lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient, calm, and kind demeanor.
- Competitive Pay: $20.50 per hour.
