Apartment Maintenance Associate

Job Overview:

Sandhurst Apartment Management is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our apartment communities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site maintenance functions, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in ongoing community maintenance and improvement plans
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the community

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred)
• HVAC certification
• CPO certification
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Possess general knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
