About the Role:
The Packaging Specialist at our Lancaster location plays a vital part in supporting the Production Packaging team by driving and contributing to key initiatives that enhance performance, quality, and safety throughout the facility.

You will be responsible for performing various tasks such as running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies, and following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.

Additionally, you will be responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues. This is a full-time permanent role on the day shift, operating from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Sunday, with opportunities for overtime depending on business needs.

We are looking for individuals with experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing, who can demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work overtime and weekends is also essential.
