Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and staff
  • Familiarity with local mental health and substance use services beneficial
  • Strong understanding of recovery principles and practices essential
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills necessary for effective support
Salary and Benefits
